This was a pretty classic character removal, so my guess is that either Toby's contract was up or he is going to be working on other projects for the next year. It is altogether possible that he comes back in the future, but I think his story has played out quite well, and we haven't been left with any questions about his character. I guess if I had to make a prediction, I would say: Toby is gone. At most allow for a cameo, but he is out of the story for good. Hey Casey! I don't think there is any way that the steamy action is going to be kept a secret. I would have ran out of the place and blabbed my mouth off so quickly if I had seen that!
