		<description>Hah, unfortunately I don&#039;t know the person in the picture, it was just a good find on Flickr.

I don&#039;t have much time either, but I plan on waking up early and doing my runs before work.  It&#039;s not too much out of my day (30 minutes earlier in the mornings to start out), and it really helps you wake up in the morning.</description>

		<description>I like this idea, especially for the self motivation part.  Maybe you should commit to also updating us every 2 weeks or so on your progress, that way any obstacles, achievements, or shortfalls will be public and will serve as further motivation.  Just an idea.

I wish I had more time in my day because I feel like I really could motivate myself to work out more, but I feel so lethargic after work and I always seem short on time anyway.  See me making up excuses already?  Not a good sign.

Oh, and summer here means perpetual 100 degree weather.  That is not fun either.</description>
