But in all honesty, I know what ya mean man. From my experience in the restaurant business, they encourage the staff to work their way up from the bottom. I did my time as a bus boy, but it’s even more true for the kitchen staff. I think it makes even more sense in pursuing recreation management, because you’ll be in charge of hiring and delegating to all of these different positions. You’ll need to have an understanding of what each position actually entails.

But you should really consider growing a mullet.
